Combination of IC designing by the OAD-TEC and back-end processes by the Electronics Division can realize integrated production in the DENKEN Group. Unforeseen issues may occur during IC designing, but urgent failure analysis and characteristics evaluation are available since the whole processes are covered by the DENKEN Group, resulting in total developing cost saving.
