We, DENKEN, has carried out research and development since our foundation in 1975.
These days, we have focused the development of medical equipment and have proceeded working on rehabilitation equipment.

Meanwhile, we heard the voice from clinical practice, "If there is something that be supported in home life."

Thus, the device developed based on research until now for helping problems is home-use low-frequency therapy equipment "Electric stimulation DRIVE-HOME".

When energize low-frequency to the skin, nerve and muscle get stimulus.
DRIVE-HOME is the therapy equipment which is used the property of muscular contraction and produced with the theme for preventing atrophy of paralyzed muscle.

DRIVE-HOME : Five characteristics.

Features 1,Treat two parts of body at the same time.
Energizing the separate part of body simultaneously such as Arm and Foot or Right Hand and Left Hand.
The intensity of the stimulation is changeable for each part of the body so that efficient treatment at a short period of time is available.

One of the treatment mode, muscle mode, has a function which can operate electric stimulation manually. It is possible to treat for the part of body you concerned such as treating two parts simultaneously or separately.

Muscle mode.

To stimulate muscles and prevent atrophy.

Muscle mode can expect same movement as spontaneous movement and it has a good effect on preventing atrophy of muscle. It can use by switching manual and automatic to the parts you have problem.
Pain mode.

For muscle pain and neuralgia.

Pain mode can expect analgesic effect reducing sense of pain and it has a good effect on relieving stiff shoulder. It is useful mode for body ache such as muscle pain and neuralgia.
Swelling mode.

For loosening the parts of body you concern.

Swelling mode will expand blood vessel by muscular contraction and will be able to expect blood circulation promotion.
Stimulating the part you concern and will be able to expect massage effect.

How to use DRIVE-HOME

Preparation.

Before using.
As preparation before using DRIVE-HOME, introducing the contents of unit and explaining how to prepare before using.
After prepare main unit, put the pad on the place to treat then connect electrode code to electrode pad. Then please turn on the power and start the treatment with raising the function level after mode selection.
There are individual differences to feel the electric stimulation, so when you use Muscle mode and Pain mode, we recommend to use from low level by soft mode.

Practice section.

Muscle mode
・・・For muscle decline.
  1. Select 「Muscle」 mode with 「Mode button」. ※At first, please try [Soft].
    Muscle mode can select 「Manual」. 「Manual」 is the mode that can run electricity with voluntary timing.
  2. The strength of stimulation can be selected from 15 levels. Please adjust the strength with 「+」and「－」button.
    When using electrode pad connected with left side electrode code of main unit, 「+」and 「－」located under 「1ch」button can adjust the strength of levels. When using electrode pad connected with right side electrode code of main unit, 「+」and 「－」located under 「2ch」button can adjust the strength of levels. Please adjust from level 1, raising the level stepwise until the intensity you feel comfortable .
    ※By the sample movie below performs strong level on purpose so that you can confirm how it works.
  3. Manual mode makes running electricity pressing 1ch button when using the electrode pad connected left side code, pressing 2ch button when using the electrode pad connected right side code and electricity keeps running during pressing button. If you want to use both side simultaneously, please press 1&2 button at the same time.
Bend the elbow.
When treating the muscles that bend the elbow, stick the electrode pads on two parts of upper arm.

In the state of palm facing to upward, please stick one of the pads, to the place not to bend the pads when bend the elbow, on the elbow same side of palm, and make space as a guide of about one finger width, then stick the other one at the place closer to shoulder. And adjust according to your body is needed.
※Please treat one arm each when using alone.

When treating the muscles that extend the elbow, stick the electrode pads on two parts of upper arm.

And adjust according to your body is needed.

Bend the wrist backward
When treating the muscles that bend the wrist backward, stick the electrode pads on two parts of upper arm.

In the state of back of the hand facing to upward,please stick one of the pads, to the place not to hide the wrist, slightly upward of wrist same side of back of the hand, and make space as a guide of about two fingers width, then stick the other one at the place closer to the elbow. And adjust according to your body is needed.

When treating the muscles that bend the ankle, stick the electrode pads on two parts of lower limbs.

In the state of instep facing to upward, please stick one of the pads slightly outside from the center of knee and stick the other one, making space as a guide of about two fingers width, at the part closer to ankle. And adjust according to your body is needed.

In the state of sole of foot facing to upward, please stick one of the pads below the back of knee and stick the other one, making space as a guide of about two fingers width, at the place closer to ankle. And adjust according to your body is needed.

Pain mode
・・・For the person want to loosen the body pain such as muscle pain and stiff shoulder.
  1. Select 「Pain mode」 by 「Mode」 button.※「Pain mode」 is only automatic.
  2. When using electrode pad connected with left side electrode code of main unit, pressing 「+」button under 「1ch」button will start treatment. When using electrode pad connected with right side electrode code of main unit, pressing 「+」button located under 「2ch」will start treatment.
    The strength of stimulation can be selected from 15 levels. Please adjust the strength with 「+」and「－」button. Please adjust from 1st level step by step until the strength you feel comfortable.
Loosen the shoulder pain.
Using one electrode code and stick the pad one by one at left and right trapezius muscle.
【Sticking position】
Stick the pad slightly reach around the upper part of scapula. And adjust according to your body is needed.
Loosen the waist pain.
Using two electrode codes and stick the pads two each at left and right waist.
【Sticking position】
Stick the pads symmetrically so as to sandwich the spine, using the position slightly above the coccyx as a guide.
Swelling mode
・・・For the person who want to loose the areas of concern.
  1. Select the 「Swelling mode」 by 「Mode」 button. ※「Swelling mode」 activates only 「Automatic」.
  2. When using electrode pad connected with left side electrode code of main unit, pressing 「+」button under 「1ch」button will start treatment. When using electrode pad connected with right side electrode code of main unit, pressing 「+」button located under 「2ch」will start treatment.
    The strength of stimulation can be selected from 15 levels. Please adjust the strength with 「+」and「－」button. Loosen the foot.
When you want to loosen the foot, stick the electrode pads on two parts of lower limbs.

In the state of sole of foot facing to upward, please stick one of the pads below the back of knee and stick other one, making space about two fingers width, at the place closer to the ankle. And adjust according to your body is needed.
