3. Suggestion of quotation

   We will make and propose of the quotation according to the content confirmed at the time of inquiry.

   

4. Design・Development

   We will make the product that customer images based on the content of proposal.

5. Purchase order

   After confirming specification, price, due date and transaction condition, etc, when you accept those, it will be official contract.
   Furthermore, by receiving the purchase order will be official order.

6. Manufacturing

   Craftsmanship cultivated over many years, and based on thorough product quality control, we will put our hearts into making products and will inspect the product appropriately before shipping.

   

7. Delivery

   Finished products will be packed carefully one by one. And we will arrange the shipping and delivery according to customer's request.

   When the product has problem, malfunction and damaging, we will give the information of repair fee in advance and will get approval of repair.
   After we get approval for repair, we will repair the product immediately.

5. Cleaning up

   The product that is received for maintenance or repair, we will clean the area we can do.

6. Packing・Shipping

   We will inspect the product before shipping and return it to customer.
